An exclusive Cuban members lounge in the heart of Mayfair...

Socialista takes over the long standing site which has previously housed several reincarnations of the infamous Rififi Club - the most recent by renowned Russian restaurateur Arkady Novikov. 

The intimate site (only 1,500 sq ft over the ground floor and basement) has opened as a late-night Cuban members lounge. Behind the project is Giuseppe Cipriani, who is now joined by his sons Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani (who have been overseeing the family business in New York and LA), as well as teaming up with leading club and nighlife entrepreneurs Luca Maggiora and Jordon Rocca (behind Charlie's on Berkeley Street and the Toy Room clubs).

Expect a late night interpretation or reimagining of Harry's Bar with a vibrant Cuban slant and inspired by old Havana with live music performances and evening entertainment. Interestingly - Giuseppe was an investor (along with Sting and Harvey Weinstein) behind an original outpost (which resembled a stately home inspired by the eclectic architecture of old Havana) of Socialista - in New York, which has since closed but was (at the time) the Cuban-themed boite du jour.
