As can be expected from the company behind The Riding House Café in Fitzrovia and Village East in Bermondsey, Rail House Café is a modern café with all-day dining and plenty of individual character.
Rail House Café has a remarkable design style, with intricate Colonial era details and custom made furniture vying with sheer glass and concrete to dramatic effect. The light filled space evolves throughout the day inspired in part by the concept of a bustling metropolitan station with multiple, interconnected hubs.
The 330-cover restaurant features an extensive ground floor eating and drinking area, as well as an upstairs bar 'The Puffing Devil' and a private dining room and an outdoor area, complete with seating and an alfresco bar. White leads the design project, working with manufacturing partners to create bespoke furniture and interior touches to soften the contemporary glass and concrete space.
