The room takes playful inspiration from the roaring Twenties and its famous Bright Young Things (a voracious pleasure-seeking group of bohemian aristocrats and socialites). Think splashes of hot pink and peacock blue with foliage (mimicking the heady summers in the Hamptons). A reinvigorated drinks list from Head Barman, Idris Conti sits alongside an extensive list of the world’s best champagnes and a menu offering a selection of American and British themed small plates, like 'Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly Skewer' or 'Seasonal Vegetable Crudité'.

Woodford pulled pork; buttermilk fried chicken and truffle croque Monsieur - echoing the American character of the hotel, whilst championing British ingredients.
The ‘R.I.N elixir, made with celery & absinthe drops, citrus, rice, tea and apple shrub, Bombay sapphire gin and tonic water’ and ‘Farmer’s Punch, made with Falernum, maraschino, citrus, Amero Averna and Garmana 2yo Cachaca’.
