Bringing back bags of inspiration from his recent travels through England, chef Nigel Lobo brings the Eloquent Elephant's menu bang up to date with the best gastropub trends at the moment. New inclusions on the menu include Duck Bao with hoisin; Smoked haddock Scotch eggs with mustard emulsion; Gorgonzola churros with truffle honey espuma; and Pulled lamb, Benedict. Tempted? We are!
Even better, the quirky restaurant is set to incorporate lots more local produce in its dishes, as the result of an upcoming partnership with Greenheart Organic Farms. No doubt that's going to make their regular Curry nights, Quiz Nights, Craft brunch (with craft beers on tap), and Weekend roast dinners, tastier affairs.
