Restaurateur Kurt Zdesar has brought his Peruvian and Japanese restaurant to Lincoln Road's inside the iconic 1111 Lincoln Road building, designed by Herzog & De Meuron. The stylish and vibrant venue (complete with retractable roof) is named after the Japanese saying, "Please wait a second" and offers a spacious, breezy layout equipped with sushi bar, dining room, and cocktail bar.
As for food, expect ceviche, tostaditas, sashimi, tempura, and a plethora of sushi rolls stuffed with fresh fish selections. Executive Chef Jordan Sclare , whose resume includes stints at Gordon Ramsay’s eponymous 3 Michelin star restaurant and Nobu Park Lane is overseeing the Miami menu with Lima born chef Jimmy Gallagher (previously chef de cuisine at Blue Ribbon Sushi Miami and 1111 Peruvian Bistro) in charge.

The 219-seat restaurant and bar features Shou Sugi Ban wood ceilings and lush, hanging gardens created by Raymond Jungles.
