Celebrity Chef Vineet Batia reinterprets traditional cuisine at Dubai's original Indian restaurant
A pioneer of Indian cuisine and a winner of many accolades, world-famous celebrity chef Vineet Bhatia (behind Cinnamon Club & Kitchen in London) has created a menu that will take you on an authentic culinary journey through India. Ashiana, which translates to "happy home" in Hindi is housed in Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers, and Bhatia has devised a set Tiffin lunch menu up to three courses to bring Indian home cooking to U. Dine in style and warmth whilst live music guides U through the flavours of India.
Dress code is business-casual. The lunch is available throughout August.
1 course AED 69, 2 courses AED 89, 3 courses AED 99.
This counts as Bhatia's swan song for the restaurant as, come September, he will cease to be Ashiana's chef patron.
