Che Restaurant is a big name in Spain - with 15 concepts there, it's no surprise. And now the international favorite made its way to South Florida, debuting at Delray Beach's waterfront, and showcasing a modern steakhouse theme with global flavors adorning on the menu.
Parked in the former Hudson at Waterway East space, this concept offers plenty of outdoor dining with a patio overlooking the water, and two indoor/outdoor bars to choose from.
As for food, here's what we can expect: a raw bar, grilled octopus, seafood paella, and the legendary choripan sandwich made with chorizo and doused in chimichurri. Who's ready for dinner?
