Everyone's favourite Italian family restaurant has had a menu overhaul, and it's looking delicious!

With new executive chef Christo Nortier (formerly of Jamie's Italian in London) at the helm, the menu has been completely revamped with the introduction of a wide range of new dishes and tweaks of popular classics, all made using authentic, quality ingredients from Italy, and epitomising Antonio's motto - MOF MOF (Minimum Of Fuss, Maximum Of Flavour).

Some of the exciting new highlights include Seafood Skewers; Beef and Gorgonzola Salad; Provolone Fritti; and The Stromboli, an innovative take on the classic calzone pizza, twisted, folded and stuffed with a variety of cheese and roasted vegetables. The salad section at the deli has had an update too, with the inclusion of Tuna and Farfelle Pasta and Buffalo Mozzarella and Tomato, as have the dessert offerings, which now include a Date, Nut and Honey Tart offers a base filled with sweet sticky dates and crunchy almonds, pistachios, pecans and walnuts; and a Chocolate Cantucci Mousse with a biscuit base.

The new menu is available at all Carluccio's outlets in the UAE.
