Furanxo specialises in charcuterie, cheese, and jamon, as well as a selection of wine and, the dual-levelled space, houses a downstairs area that hosts culinary workshops. Furanxo (designed by Flatwig Studio) is owned by Manuel de los Santos of Santos & Santos, and Xabier Alvarez, chef and co-owner of Newington Green restaurant, Trangállan.
