8 Mount Street

Following the departure of acclaimed chef Inaki Aizpitarte - best known for his (phenomenally successful) Paris bistro Le Chateaubriand, the restaurant (formerly known as Le Chabanais) has re-opened with a new head chef and management team.

Taking over the stoves is head chef Adrian Miller presenting "a more informal Mediterranean led menu alongside a more extensive wine list, including a wider choice of white Burgundy, natural wines and grower Champagnes". Miller previously plied his trade across some of the world’s most feted hotels, including The Leela Palaces in Mumbai, the Waldorf Astoria Maldives, Forte Villages in Sardinia, The Oberoi in Jaipur and The Peninsula in Manila. For the food, expect dishes such as, 'Burrata with tomatoes, basil and East London honey', 'carpaccio of tuna, sumac and lime' and 'roast chicken, foie gras and truffle'.
