Corrigan's Mayfair now houses Dickie's Bar with Dead Rabbit mixologist....

Dickie's Bar features cocktails created by leading mixologist Gregory J Buda, from the award-winning bar The Dead Rabbit in New York - voted best bar in the world at this year Worlds Best Bars awards - showcasing a supply of produce coming from the organic farms and gardens Virgina Park Lodge in Ireland and artisan suppliers, with drinks inspired by both American and Irish drinking and cocktail culture. 

The bar has its own separate identity (and entrance) from the 100-cover Corrigan’s and feature additional covers to the restaurant’s present bar. The interior features inspired with the hunting lodge character (synonymos with Corrigan's Mayfair) include lashings of polished wood, leather banquettes, and charcoal and silver wallpaper with a marble top bar - creating an elegent and refined setting to enjoy drinks that focus on Irish whiskeys and scotch, and English gins and vermouths.

Macallan 12 yr. single malt Scotch with Ambre vermouth, Pedro Ximenez sherry, dark chocolate and coffee; Plymouth Gin with blanc vermouth, pear, black cardamom & Verjus and Jameson Black Barrel Irish whiskey with peach, bergamot, vanilla & lemon.
