Tresind has consistently wowed Dubai diners with its genuinely creative take on Indian cuisine, and now, with its new DIFC outpost (slightly different concept, though) it is giving traditional, nostalgic flavours a true twist. 

The bold, contemporary venue with subtle touches pointing to the carnival theme, hints at the modernity of the menu, which turns nostalgic flavours on its head with a large dose of quirkiness, molecular gastronomy, and culinary theatre. Whether it's quintessential Indian street snacks like pani puri, chaat or vada pav made stylish, with many of them being assembled table-side, or classics like butter chicken, biryani, and seafood curries that are given similarly playful makeovers, dining here is unpredictable and fun. The cocktail menu is quirky to match, also drawing on Indian flavours and infusing them with contemporary cool.
