Evolving into a venue as known for its experimental cuisine as it is for its luxe, neo-Baroque vibe (it is a Buddha Bar baby after all), the new menu draws inspiration from the recent Nikkei tour to introduce new flavours to its Far Eastern foundations.
Highlights include Anticucho Chicken, Anticucho Wagyu Rib Eye, Grilled seafood platter with Lemon Butter Caviar, and the Signature 30 Barfly - an artistic sushi and sashimi tower.
