With a seating capacity of just 50 and stunning interiors designed by interior stylist and bar consultant, Heather Pistor, Ray’s Bar is an exuberant venue that combines brightly coloured textured interiors, including eye-catching monochrome patterns and mesmerising mirrored disco walls. A ‘dreamy Dalston drinking den – think Tokyo back alley basement bar with an East London twist’.
The innovative cocktail menu - by Shiv Lal (of LAB bar) is divided into Aperitifs, Mains and Desserts, to gently guide you through your evening with a combination of short and long concoctions. The menu showcases handcrafted spirits alongside fresh ingredients and homemade bitters. You can also order hot, fresh pizza (massive 22" New York style pizzas) from the upstairs Voodoo Ray’s.

The Meat is On - Minced Steak, pepperoni, ham, pancetta, mozzarella & tomato sauce; King Tubby - with fennel and chilli sausage, cavolo nero, marinated tomatoes, caramelised onions, mozzarella & tomato Sauce and the Rubenesque with salt beef, sauerkraut, emmental, Russian dressing, tomato sauce & mozzarella.
The ‘Shady Pines’, made with Beefeater 24, Strega, elderflower and rosemary, and the Prosecco-based ‘Pink Flamingo’ made Campari and rhubarb and the ‘Tunnel Dancer’ with Lagavulin whiskey and bourbon; the Sensational Sherry’ with dark rum, dark cacao and cream and the ‘Labyrinth’ - made with mezcal and vermouth.
