Offering a refreshing change from over-the-top brunches, this Saturday affair is not only as laid-back as they come, but it is also a brunch in the real sense - i.e: an array of breakfast dishes on offer. Aimed at city slickers unwinding after a big Friday night - even the tablemats have a tongue-in-cheek reference to 'the morning after' feeling - there is a clear focus on light, healthy eats, from fresh detox juices and nutritious salads, to fruit yoghurts and chia puddings. The buffet offerings also include an array of cereals, freshly baked bread and pastries, cheeses and cold cuts.
The 'main' course or hot breakfast is served table-side from an a la carte menu, and feature hearty breakfast classics such as eggs benedict, as well as regionally inspired delicacies such as a delicious shakshouka-style scrambled eggs with Merguez sausages. Whether you choose to wash it down with a signature mimosa, or excellent coffees, the mellow music and chilled vibes prove to be the perfect way to wind down the weekend.
Saturdaze is priced at a (very affordable) AED 139 per person, and an additional AED 100 per person will get you pool access and cabanas too; 11am-3pm every Saturday.
Long, lazy lingering
