Caviar Kaspia has taken over the Experimental Group's Chess Club in Mayfair. The cult-inducing restaurant (also behind a pop-up restaurant at Loulou’s in 2017) invites diners to try the expert selection of caviar, crab, smoked Norwegian salmon which has made it a hot spot in Paris since 1927.
The menu features Caviar Kaspia classics, such as poached eggs with beluga caviar and a selection of smoked fish, as well as dishes created exclusively for the new London outpost. Expect the interiors of Caviar Kaspia London to be decorated in the same lavish style as the Paris restaurant - and the space houses a cocktail bar, members lounge, private dining room, boutique and of course the restaurant.
The signature Beluga caviar baked potato; carpaccio of Norwegian salmon; crab salad and duets and trilogies of royal and imperial caviars.
