On the ground floor of The Distillery is The Resting Room, a timeless bar that serves an eclectic range of spirits created on-site by master distiller Jake Burger and an elite team of instructors. Expect unique gin blends alongside other distilled spirits - including avocado and olive oil vodka with drinks taking an experimental take on classic drinks and cocktails - and a range of international spirits aged in hand-build barrels suspended above the bar. Accompanying the drinks selection is a menu of quintessential British dishes all created with local ingredients, featuring a selection of small plates, plus a charred and roast section cooked in the Resting Room’s Josper oven.
Head upstairs to the GinTonica - a Spanish-inspired bar & kitchen that celebrates the country’s passion for design, food and the gin & tonic. GinTonica’s tapas food menu has been created by executive head chef Greg Lewis of renowned Basque-inspired tapas restaurant, Pintura Kitchen & Bar. In true Mediterranean style, order your G&Ts in a traditional Copa De Balón (balloon goblet glass), choosing from a menu of the world’s finest gins in a setting inpsired by a Spainish studio.
On the top floor, there is The Boardroom, a private dining room, complete with it’s own bar – and The Distillery’s bespoke lodgings above the iconic Portobello Road street market in one of the three bespoke (and individully designed) guest rooms - complete with a minibar packed with exclusive spirits made on-site.

West Winds Sabre Gin with cold brew coffee & cocoa bitters served with 1724 tonic and garnished with orange, lavender & cocoa nibs; the G’Vine Nouaison Gin with Floc de Gascogne vin de liqueur & plum bitters served with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic and garnished with a dehydrated lemon, grapes & mint.
The fabled London gin-making experience, The Ginstitute, takes up residence in it’s new home in The Distillery, allowing visitors to make their own unique blend of gin. whilst be taken on a historic journey, learning the history of gin. There is also a museum with artefacts, including the first-ever English cocktail book and an on-site, off-licenced shop filled with gin-related memorabilia and bottles to buy.
