The Fount

A14-seater concept cocktail bar serving artful cocktails, tisanes and water infusions.

Partnering with renowned mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana (aka Mr Lyan), the menu is full of unique and characterful drinks – each telling a story of craftsmanship, care and creativity.

Inspired by the "alchemic beauty of cocktail making...the heritage and expertise of the world’s best winemakers and the purity of water infused with unexpected ingredients". The menu is divided up into lots of sections including tea and coffee cocktails and a selection of water hi-balls with different types of water as their base and non-alcoholic concoctions. The Fount is located in Selfridge’s accessories department. Open Monday to Sunday.

Vegetable crudite with Bagna Caudal; Lincolnshire poacher and black truffle straws with truffle fondue and petit Lucques olives marinated in pink grapefruit infused in Noilly Prat.

Smoked Coconut with Johnnie Walker Black Label, coconut water, chocolate bitters and mint; Toast and Cream Rickey with Mr Lyan Cream Gin, torched sourdough, rhubarb and lemon oils, The Fount soda with Horchata - Bacardi Carta Blanca, vanilla, oat water and spices; Weston Spritz - tanqueray gin, instant vermouth, white flower and rosé bubbles served long with seasonal fruit; British 45 - Mr Lyan’s Diamond Rickey with celery, raspberry and English sparkling wine; Crystal Lyan - sparkling Grey Goose vodka and clarified peach thrown with tilia flower and vanilla and the Clean Dirty Lean Vodka Martini - Mr Lyan vodka stirred with green olive vermouth and garnished with distilled lemon
