A California-inspired restaurant from award-wining, chef-restaurateur Victor Garvey.

Chef and restaurateur Victor Garvey has pivoted from his award-winning Catalan restaurant Rambla, to this new incarnation serving dishes inspired by his father’s native California. Alongside and à la carte offering - with several sharing options, there are two tasting menus of five and ten courses - served at the eight-seat chef’s counter. Dishes include: glazed sweetbreads, Yamada Nishiki sushi rice, cavolo nero, baby chanterelles, marsala dashi; and mussels and clams, pistachio, lime and chilli butter and dipping soldiers. Wines focus on California wine-country, featuring both familiar names and smaller, independent producers.

Signature Dishes

Kingfish crudo with Gazpacho vinaigrette, white miso ice-cream, watermelon & tomato raisins; Sunchoke tortellini with dates, brown butter, grapefruit & rapini and spit-roast chicken cooked on a rotisserie and served with potato mousseline, dressed greens and rosemary and wholegrain mustard chicken jus.
