Ferdi

Parisian brasserie Ferdi's intimate London outpost serving up homemade comfort food.

The Parisian original (pictured) is known as a favourite fashionista hang-out and a pit stop for designers and celebrities - including models Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner. Founded in 2004, owners Alicia and Jacques Fontanier named the restaurant after their son, Ferdinand. The Mayfair venue also happens to be co-managed by their niece, Olympia Irving. Expect similar playful interiors (complete with childlike artifacts and toys) in the 30-cover restaurant, which feels 'more English with wood panelling' but mirrors the intimacy of the Paris hot spot.

With their 'Cartes d'Envies' or 'Craving Menu', the Parisian brasserie is rightly famous for serving their signature comfort food so U can expect dishes such as their famous McFerdi burgers, tapas dishes and house risottos, as well as their acclaimed cocktails (order a passion fruit Guarapita or a bullshot of beef consommé, vodka & lemon juice). Walk-ins only at lunch, but bookings are taken (by text, of course - 0737 553 8309) for dinner. Open Monday to Sunday.
