This is the chain's first venture outside of Italy with current venues in Milan, Venice, Torino and Florence. For those wishing to eat in, the site features a (30 cover) dining area.
The food hails from Southern Italy with a focus on produce from Puglia (as the name suggests), serving dishes including focaccia, panzerotti, pizza rustica, parmigiana, burrata, salads, olive oils and wine. Delicacies such as rustici (puff pastry delicacies), crocche di patate (potatoes with a variety of fillings) and pasticciotto (custard pie) are also available.
