Just opened at Jumeirah Al Naseem, Black Tap is bringing its signature street cool to the city, served in the form of worth-queuing-for burgers, 'crazy' shakes, and craft beers, in a quirky, industrial-inspired space. Star chef Joe Isidori, the man behind the concept, says, "Black Tap is known for quality, fun and innovation. Everything we do is meticulously thought through and done with love, from the sourcing of ingredients to the freshly handmade beef patties.”
The selection of gourmet burgers made fresh from scratch includes the classic 'All American' and less classic 'Pizza Burger', while other tempting treats from the menu include ‘Teriyaki Broccoli’, ‘Brussels Sprouts in a sesame Tahini dressing', 'BT Wings with Spicy Korean BBQ' and their 'Signature fries with buttermilk dill dip'. It's a must to save room for their seriously out-there milkshakes (the name is almost insulting to these towering creations) such as the ‘Sweet and Salty’ - chocolate gems and peanut butter cups topped with a chocolate covered pretzel and whipped cream; and ‘Sour Power’ - sour gummi poppers topped with a pixy stix, rainbow pop and sour skewer. An array of craft brews from around the world makes up the bar component.
