The casual-style Grill & Sushi Bar (open all day) follows previous residencies at Hotel Café Royal by chefs including Albert Adria, the Roca brothers and Paco Roncero. Expect international influences evident across the new menu at the new 110 cover restaurant at Hotel Café Royal with an open kitchen and grill offering grilled meat and fish dishes whilst sushi masters prepare the hotels first ever sushi, sashimi and raw fish offering.
Designed by contemporary Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni, the restaurant is located on the first floor of Hotel Café Royal, where an extensive refurbishment (used to house the private club rooms) has created an entirely new space - which features an open kitchen, grill and sushi bar.

The Café Royal (originally opened in 1865 by Daniel Nicholas Thévenon - a French wine merchant) became a favoured and illustrious meeting place for the beau mode, and has impressive restored interiors (dating back to the 1860s and 1930s) setting the scene for a visually stunning, contemporary 159-room luxury hotel (including several historic suites).
