Crafted under the expertise of ex Sushi-Samba sommelier Jose Francisco-Modonese hails Islington’s first Pisco bar. Open Friday and Saturday, while gifted with that rare 5am late-night license, visitors are drawn to the laid back Latino flavoured ambience.
Peruvian inspired, Pisco Embassy neatly reflects its origins by the infusion of pisco – grape brandy – into the small but sleek 12 cocktail menu. The home-made, carefully curated creations are a fine representation of both the skill of the head barman and South American taste.
