This D3 restaurant brings Michelin star cuisine into a design-led space to make for one of Dubai's hottest restaurants.

Molecule promises a sensory journey both with its food and design. With French Executive Chef Udo Moreau (formerly of Joël Robuchon in Paris and London and other Michelin star restaurants) at the helm, the 'bistronomy' style restaurant offers a sharing menu of chic casual comfort food made using seasonal products combined with regional flavors (think Tuna tartare with capsicum, pimentos and quail egg; and Veg tabbouleh with farro, red radish, coriander, tomato and lemon). A trendy cocktail menu completes the mix. 

Housed in a fittingly stylish space curated by Ansonia Concepts, aimed to appeal to the creatives that haunt Dubai Design District, Molecule has come together as a result of several collabs including with the likes of Nadine Kanso (who was responsible for their temporary hoarding); Nomad Inception (an Arabesque architectural studio); and the Third Line gallery, which will bring the venue's artistic vision to life. 

And staying true to its 'multi-sensory' promise, in a Dubai first, they've also launched Molecule Radio, a live-streaming channel that offers a compilation of its signature sounds.
