Le Cirque

The legendary New York venue makes its Dubai debut at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC.

This heritage NYC restaurant, with the likes of Daniel Boloud having helmed the kitchen, has drawn in A-listers in their droves, for fine dining, impeccable service and a quirky circus twist and the new Dubai outpost are acknowledging its roots whilst adapting for the modern Middle Eastern diner.

Head chef Manuel Olveira Seller (who has formerly worked with Sergi Arola in Michelin starred restaurants) is adding to the repertoire of classic 'French-with-an-Italian-twist' dishes such as Lobster Risotto and Crème Brulee, with new creations such as Roasted Lamb Rack with seasonal vegetables and pommes puree; Homemade Cappelletti stuffed with Torteau crab and served with crab gratin; Salad Le Cirque with Mesclun leaves, avocado, marinated tomatoes, cucumber crostini & mustard dressing; and Marinated Grilled Octopus with chickpea, green pea & marinated cherry tomatoes. The beverages get an update too with new items such as La Giostra, inspired by the Americano.

The elegant yet light and airy venue, with a winter garden feel, provides the perfect setting for a grand dining experience. Le Cirque is open for lunch and dinner.
