This brand new healthy eating hub has a youthful spirit and creative soul.

A project by the Emirates Youth Council, developed in partnership with Jumeirah Restaurant Group, Flow at Emirates Towers, is aimed at inspiring the young (and young at heart) to enter the 'zone' -  the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energised focus, full involvement and enjoyment in the process of activity.

In order to facilitate that, a healthy lifestyle-promoting environment has been created, which is a part cafe, part creative workspace. The menu comprises healthy snacks, salads and small plates, plus an extensive selection of fresh juices and daily grab-and-go bites, all of which include vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and Paleo-friendly options. Speciality coffees come courtesy of 'The Espresso Lab', a coffee bar concept launched by an Emirati entrepreneur, which can be enjoyed with a range of milk (from almond and soy to regular cow's milk) from the 'milk tap'. 

Open all day from breakfast onwards, Flow also plans to launch an app for people in the neighbourhood to be able to order food direct. The contemporary, high-connectivity workspace area also has meeting spaces, and the venue also hosts regular events to boost entrepreneurship and creative industries.
