This Latin American venue, located in buzzing Business Bay, brings contemporary flair to the traditional cuisine.

Headed up by Peruvian chef Roberto Segura (of The Act Dubai fame, and more recently behind D3's Craft Cafe), the creative cuisine fuses Latin American flavours with Japanese inflexions, and classic French techniques. Expect creations such as Hot Rock Ceviche; Beef Pachamama; Quinoa Truffle Risotto; Mushroom Ceviche; Portobello Anticucho and dessert delights such as Coco Loco.

Waka, which derives its name from 'huaca' which means 'blessed', is designed in a fittingly contemporary fashion, with accents paying homage to South American colour and vibrancy. The Oberoi Dubai venue is divided into two sections - a 90-seater restaurant, and, in line with current global trends, an intimate interactive Chef's Bar where Segura himself will be cooking up a storm for just eight people. 

Waka also hosts a Ladies Night on Wednesdays.
