The award-winning Belgian master chef, who currently runs Fleur de Lin restaurant in Brussels, has 15 years of Michelin star experience under his belt. As At.mosphere's guest chef, he will be creating a delectable multi-course menu of his signature creations with seasonal ingredients sourced from 12 countries around the world. Highlights include dishes such as Foie Gras Bonbons; Baked Chicken Oyster; Grated Summer Truffle, Veal Tartare; and Cannelloni of Daikon with Samphire, Langoustines and Smoked Mackerel.
