Belgian Masterchef Kitchen Takeover At At.mosphere

The world's highest restaurant will be hosting masterchef Lode De Roover for a two-day set menu offering on May 18-19.

The award-winning Belgian master chef, who currently runs Fleur de Lin restaurant in Brussels, has 15 years of Michelin star experience under his belt. As At.mosphere's guest chef, he will be creating a delectable multi-course menu of his signature creations with seasonal ingredients sourced from 12 countries around the world. Highlights include dishes such as Foie Gras Bonbons; Baked Chicken Oyster; Grated Summer Truffle, Veal Tartare; and Cannelloni of Daikon with Samphire, Langoustines and Smoked Mackerel. Enjoyed with premium beverages, and the incomparable views of the world's highest restaurant, it's sure to be an unforgettable experience. 

Available only on May 18 and 19, 6 pm onwards; AED 880 per person for the seven-course menu, AED 680 for the six-course menu.
