A hidden gem tucked away in Bur Dubai's Majestic Hotel (home to our favourite Greek restaurant Elia; this new concept is from the same management), this Asia-inspired venue ticks all the boxes. Accessed via a nondescript back staircase, the 'illicit' vibe starts before you even enter, and continues through inside the intimate space. The hip industrial interiors, complete with faux brick walls and exposed ceilings, feature Asian accents. 

This influence continues through to the menu, which includes delicious crowd-pleasers such as Vietnamese spring rolls, chicken wings, crispy calamari, BBQ pork skewers, and melt-in-the-mouth Korean-style beef short ribs. You'll also find innovative takes on Asian flavours in dishes such as teriyaki beef sliders and apple pie wontons. Wash it down with hand-crafted cocktails such as Tom Yung Goon (the spicy soup in cocktail form), or rare selection of Japanese beers and whiskies, apart from the standard bar offerings. 

A fantastic resident band, Legacy, belting out alternative twists to classic hits keep things lively. The best-kept secret in this secret spot is the private karaoke room (available for no extra charge). You'd be hard put to find an experience like this at such affordable prices - we strongly suggest you head here before the rest of the city does!
