Offering an interactive take on Iftar, Head Chef Wesley Tyron Berghoff and his team conjure up personalised menus for each guest for Iftar, to make for a real departure from the norm. After being greeted with dates and soup, each diner's culinary preferences are enquired about at the start, based on which the kitchen then creates and serves a 'secret' three-course menu designed for their individual tastes. The dishes will be iterations of their signature French-with-an-Italian twist cuisine, with the sumptuously classic space providing the perfect ambience for an elegant dining experience.
