ETARU, a restaurant featuring contemporary Japanese Robatayaki cuisine has opened its first location in South Florida at Hyde Beach Club in Hallandale Beach. A second location will open in early 2018 at Icon Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. Brought to us by Rainer Becker, co-founder and creator of Zuma restaurants worldwide and ROKA London, ETARU’s menu revolves around the Robata Grill.
At the site of the former Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails, ETARU Hallandale Beach features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that welcomes the outdoors in with 255 seats equally divided between indoor and al fresco dining. The menu showcases a wide range of sushi, sashimi, raw dishes, salads, tatakis and tempura, as well as cooked Japanese specialties.
