Khyber

Acclaimed Mumbai restaurant introduces its signature North Indian cuisine at its first international outpost in Palm Jumeirah.

The multiple award-winning restaurant in India has welcomed many a celebrity through its doors, from Sir Paul McCartney, Richard Gere, and Kuwaiti royalty, to Bollywood superstars. Now, it's set to attract Dubai's glitterati with the new opening.

Khyber's DNA has been replicated in the Dukes Dubai venue, with its opulent, regal design - the work of Ayaz Basrai, founder of The Busride Design Studio - with the added bonus of Burj al Arab and Dubai Marina views giving it a sense of place. There are several private dining options too.

The menu too offers the northern frontier food - it is named after that infamous pass in Pakistan/Afghanistan - that the brand has built its enviable reputation on - expect delicious signature dishes such as slow cooked leg of lamb infused with spices and finish your meal with the pièce de résistance Milky Way dessert, a galaxy of saffron pearls on a bed of tempered condensed milk.
