Executive Chef Christopher Graham has crafted complex delicacies such as aromatic Home Smoked Mackerel with radish, apple, tarragon, and Amalfi lemon; Risotto combined with Tomato Jelly and Pu’Er Tea; Pan Seared Bream with spiced aubergine and blood orange ceviche; and Slow Cooked Duck Breast served with Cherry, Vanilla, Foie Gras and Pear. While main courses have several options, that won't be necessary when it comes to a dessert such as Apple Tarte Fine with Crème Brûlée ice cream - it's bound to please everyone.
The Market Menu is available daily for dinner, priced at AED 495 per person.
