Summertime Menu

3030 Ocean reveals menu to keep U fresh and cool this summer.

It may be a little of a drive from Miami, but the seasonally-inspired menu recently launched at Fort Lauderdale’s iconic 3030 Ocean are worth it. Plus, TV's Chopped champion Executive Chef Adrienne Grenier is at the helm so U know the new dishes will perfectly highlight the flavors of the season.

New starters include grilled Florida peach and local burrata with sugar snap peas, smoked prosciutto and lemon honey vinaigrette; and local heirloom tomatoes with raw sweet corn, arugula, ricotta salata and basil-jalapeño dressing.

House-made pasta, a Grenier favorite, has always had a place on the menu. Its newest incarnations: goat cheese agnolotti with baby summer squash, local corn and walnut pesto; and handmade potato gnocchi with leek purée, shiitake, asparagus, truffle and farm egg.

New entrées include bourbon-peach glazed smoked chicken leg with red peas, tasso ham, greens, turnips and house hot sauce; grilled Florida pompano with chickpeas, confit local eggplant, smoked tomatoes, arugula and lemon yogurt; and sautéed softshell crab with andouille sausage, sweet corn, baby potatoes, watercress and Old Bay butter.

Dinner is simply not complete without a little something sweet. Choose from the roasted peach and cherry crostata with pistachio frangipane and cherry-black pepper ice cream; blueberry-lemon coffee cake with pecan streusel, cream cheese frosting and buttermilk ice cream; and local mango semifreddo with fresh coconut and dragon fruit sorbet.

Refreshing new libations, created by Chef Mallory, complement the savory menu and focus on local ingredients. The Strawberry Smash, inspired by the beautiful bright berries in season, features Palm Ridge Florida Whiskey, mint, lemon, agave, strawberries and strawberry ice. The Mama Mia, a mojito with an Italian twist, features white rum, mint, basil, Limoncello, lime juice and Prosecco.
