The chic and timeless design celebrates traditional Japanese craftmanship with Ikebana planting and back-lit Japanese paper lining the walls. The restaurant houses a cocktail bar in the mezzanine area with outside seating, has an open kitchen and a sushi counter, and a private room within the main restaurant.
Head Sushi Chef is Akinori Yasuda, who has had over 20 years’ experience working in some of Japan and London’s top sushi restaurants, including a position as Head Sushi Chef at Zuma for 6 years. All the chefs have trained at the ‘Master of Soba’s restaurant” of Mr Takahashi Kunihiro in Yamanashi, Japan. Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura and other authentic Japanese dishes also feature on a concise and refined menu using the very best produce available in the UK.
