The city's best-loved steakhouse introduces a new menu - and it's looking delish!

Keeping some of their signature favourites that have earned them a loyal following over the past 13 years, the all-new menu features some seriously creative, gourmet dishes. According to Head Chef, Praba Manickham, “The new menu has been in the works for the past year, we tried and tested various dishes. We ensure that we are serving up the highest quality produce to the table, this is something we take very seriously."

Drawing inspiration from the brand's South African roots, but with a global twist, the menu includes dishes like Prime Steak Tartare, served with homemade ketchup, puffed wild rice, cress and caper berries; Rib Meat Cigars (braised rib meat with truffle pesto and roasted mushrooms, wrapped in filo pastry and served Kimchi mayo); Wagyu Bresaola & Goats Cheese; Chicken Breast stuffed with smoked cheese and topped with truffle pesto, pickled girolles, parmesan crisp, fried polenta & espelette pepper; and Tricolour Gnocchi made with potato, beetroot and spinach gnocchi, topped with truffle carpaccio & parmesan crisp.

Their legendary burgers have gotten a makeover too, with personalisation options such as beef bacon, fried egg, Comté, avocado and truffle pesto; as has the steak menu which now includes a South African 100 Day Grain-Fed Beef, and sides such as Mushroom & Truffle Butter. Other crowd-pleasing new inclusions such as Lobster and Crab Croquettes; Risotto Arancini; and Burrata nod to non meat-eaters too. 

The new menu is now available at all their outlets (Madinat Jumeirah and Souq al Bahar in Dubai).
