London's first bar dedicated to prosecco, stocking 20 different types of prosecco from vineyards not available anywhere else in London.

The​ ​bar​ ​stocks​ ​Prosecco​ ​DOCG,​ ​the​ ​premium​ ​prosecco​ ​from​ ​Veneto,​ ​the​ ​home​ ​of​ ​the drink​ ​and​ ​created​ ​by​ ​owner​ ​Kristina​ ​Issa​ ​who​ ​wants​ ​to​ ​bring​ ​the​ ​same​ ​quality​ ​of​ ​prosecco​ ​enjoyed​ ​in​ ​Italy​ ​to​ ​London.

For the interiors, designed by Kristina and ​Justyna​ ​Czarnoba​ ​think ​burnt​ ​orange​ ​velvet​ ​bar​ ​stools,​ ​hand​ ​selected​ ​marble​ ​from​ ​Italy​ ​and​ ​antique bronze​ ​tables​ ​with​ ​mirrored​ ​glass​ ​surfaces.​ ​The​ ​bar​ ​has​ ​a wide​ ​variety​ ​of​ ​prosecco​ ​bottles​ ​on​ ​display and the​ ​focal​ ​point​ ​of​ ​the​ ​room​ ​is the​ ​large​ ​wine​ ​fridge​ ​that​ ​span​s ​the​ ​whole​ ​side​ ​of​ ​the room​. 

There​ ​is ​also a​ ​small​ ​selection​ ​of​ ​prosecco​ ​cocktails​ ​available​ ​including Aperol​ ​Spritz,​ ​Bellini​ ​and​ ​Prosecco​ ​House​ ​signature​ ​cocktails. For the food, a ​​small​​ selection ​​of ​​cicchetti​​ is ​​served​​ alongside​​ the​​ prosecco​​ and​​ includes​ S​alami Lovison,​ ​Prosciutto,​ ​Gorgonzola​ ​and​ ​Ricotta​ ​with​ ​sundried​ ​tomatoes​ ​and​ ​Italian​ ​pickled artichoke​.​ ​
