The Mulwray bar is housed on the first floor, while the ground level remains as a pub. The space is decorated with dark velvets, marble and satin brass and featuring a wood burning stove.
Downstairs, the basement has been lowered to house an informal 15-cover Evelyn's Table restaurant (open Monday to Saturday, from 5pm) where diners sit together on a single kitchen counter - and being headed by Nacho Pinilla, executive chef of The Barbary, who is creating a daily changing Modern European menu of ten dishes - as well as a bar menu for the ground and first floor.
The Blue Posts closed in October after 12 years in operation and the building has existed as a public house since 1739. Alongside award-winning The Palomar, it joins The Barbary and their coffee house Jacob the Angel.
A whole new story, foodies, pub goers, cocktail connoisseurs, soho savvy, creative crowd.
Cuttlefish ragout, Polenta bramata and Mammole artichoke, rock salt fillet of beef and bone marrow and brussel sprouts with oyster sauce and sesame.
