Bird & Bone's Brunch is Blissful.

Stepping into The Confidante hotel on Miami Beach feels like U have stepped back in time to the 50s but with all the modern amenities of today. Exuding vintage glamour, the hotel lobby is beautiful with a striking chandelier. One of the hotel's restaurants, Bird & Bone, is now offering Sunday brunch and it's delightful.

The venue has indoor and outdoor seating but with the beautiful Miami weather - sit outside amongst the giant palm trees and cloudless blue sky.  

Chef Richard Hales’ renovated southern eatery boasts signature brunch dishes like avocado toast with two poached eggs, Benton’s Country ham bits, pink salt, olive oil, hemp seeds and sprouts. For another option try the eggs benedict with two poached eggs, Broadbent’s City ham, fried green tomatoes and a BBQ hollandaise. If U are hungry don't miss the fried chicken & cornbread waffle with Chef Hales’ award-winning fried chicken, heirloom corn waffle, candied bacon and bourbon syrup.

For a lighter dish, try the tacos - the shrimp taco with mango, avocado and key lime crema is perfect. So is the watermelon salad served with red onion, arugula, feta cheese, mint, basil and black pepper vinaigrette. If U want a sweet dish - the sweet potato pancake stack with snickerdoodle, candied walnut and maple syrup will be calling your name. A tasty side dish is the Florida cheddar and chive biscuits with strawberry preserve - salty and sweet.

Cocktails offered at brunch include a Southern Orange Creamsicle Mimosa and Blackberry Bourbon Iced Tea. Bottomless cocktails include mimosas, bellinis, and bloody mary’s for $25 per person, bottomless ginger peach sangria for $35 per person, and bottomless Rolling Rock beer for $20 per person for the duration of brunch.
