Emilia - replacing the Michelin-starred restaurant Bonhams (pictured) - houses a ground floor cafe and wine bar as well as an upstairs restaurant and dining room with additional alfresco seating in an outdoor courtyard. The kitchen is led by Stuart Andrew (also the executive chef of Clipstone and Portland restaurant) whose menu is inspired by the north Italian region of Emilia-Romagna and features the likes of a smoked eel tortellini in brodo, a wild strawberry crostata, a raviolo of rabbit and fennel with morels and broad beans, and a roast haunch of venison with beetroot risotto. Open Monday to Saturday, for lunch and dinner.
