The luxury hotel is hosting a one-off brunch on the 7th to celebrate the unique festival.

Who says all the festivities have to come to a grinding halt come January 1? The seasonal celebrations continue with a global twist at this special brunch experience on the lawns of Caravan restaurant. Featuring a guest appearance by Chef Pavel Belyalov from The Ritz-Carlton Moscow, the afternoon brunch will offer classic Russian dishes executed in a unique style that is signature to the chef de cuisine of Café Russe restaurant. 

Adding an authentic touch to the occassion, Russian seasonal characters Ded Moroz and Snegurochka (traditional Father Christmas and Snow Maiden) will be making an appearance, as part of a full programme of children's entertainment, while Russian live band Stolichnyi will perform festive music. 

The one-day-only brunch takes place from 1-4pm on January 7, priced at AED 395 (food only), AED 495 (house beverages), and AED 595 (including champagne).
