Cairo's favourite contemporary Arabic restaurant has opened its doors at the creekside.
Offering authentic Pan-Arabian cuisine, served with a side of creek views - it's located right on the water's edge at the modern Al Seef development on Dubai Creek - Ila Cafe oozes a trendy yet relaxed vibe.
There's everything from Moroccan lamb tagines, and Lebanese mano'ouche and mixed grills to Egyptian specialties such as Sharkaseyah, and classic desserts such as kunefeh with ice cream, all made from scratch with fresh ingredients - not least its freshly baked breads, the hallmark of a good Arabic restaurant (IOHO)!
They also claim to have 'some of the best shisha in town', which, accompanied by those creek views, may just make this Dubai's favourite Arabic restaurant soon too!
