This just-launched restaurant offers a globally-inspired menu in a seafront location at new hotspot, La Mer.

The home-grown concept by Al Tawfeeq Hospitality promises to offer a fine dining experience but in a relaxed setting created by hip, industrial-inspired interiors with a dominant grey colour scheme, and uninterrupted views of the ocean, and the Dubai skyline both. An open kitchen and service counter makes the internal view as riveting as what lies beyond the French windows! A charming outdoor deck is perfect for the cooler months. 

The all-day venue offers an international menu inspired by founder Fadi Al-Said's travels, with gourmet sandwiches, salads, and classic dishes given a twist with new (fresh and seasonal) ingredients, and stylised presentation echoing the minimalist ethos of the space. Examples include West Bank - fragrant roasted chicken on a sour-dough bread with caramelized onions, pine seeds and Sumak - and charred ricotta with heirloom tomatoes, fennel dressed with seeds and lemon vinaigrette. The decadent dessert selection is no less innovative, with the SLAB Brownie being served with roasted peanuts and salted caramel, and other highlights including matcha cheesecake.
