Specialising in spiced, slow-cooked and wood smoked meats, Mighty Quinn's has earned a following from New York to Taiwan, and this is the American casual dining chain's first Middle East outing; a second outlet is expected to open soon in Dubai Mall.
An old-school vibe created with the retro design featuring faux-brick walls and Edison bulbs is continued into the food ethos, where slow cooked and wood-smoked reign supreme. Pit Master Hugh Mangum focuses attention on smoke, spice, and time to develop a selection of signatures including slow-cooked tender brisket, an oversized Brontosaurus rib, plus a range of meat sandwiches and steaks, served with homemade sauces and sides. The dessert offerings continue in the same American vein, to feature heart attack-inducing (but sinfully good!) dishes like S’mores bread pudding and Hershey’s pancakes; for those who like a calorific start to the day, their breakfast menu includes Hershey's pancakes too, plus the usual suspects (i.e: eggs)!
Mighty Quinn's is now open daily from 9am-12pm.
