Intercontinental Dubai Festival City introduces a new boat-to-table restaurant, set to deliver the freshest seafood.

Designed in a modern yet appropriately marine theme dominated by blues and turquoise, the water-front restaurant features a centrepiece raw bar where the prized treasures of the sea, including the catch of the day, are housed. 

Keeping things simple, The Fish House promises fresh local fish served in an interactive, personalised manner, to cater to individual tastes and preferences unhindered by cuisines or menus. So you get to choose whatever fish or seafood you want, which is then cooked by the chefs in the charcoal or wood grills according to preference - whether it's deep fried, pan fried, poached, oven baked, breaded or barbequed - and served with sauces and sides of your choice. Another highlight is the Fish House Tower, which showcases premium seafood (OK, we get that this is probably not all local fish!).
