The newest restaurant set to hit town promises fresh seafood, a relaxed setting with great views, and affordable prices.

Boasting an impeccable pedigree, the restaurant is born out of a partnership between consummate restaurateurs Bulldozer group (who are behind successful venues such as Novikov and Cipriani), and chef Chef Vladimir Mukhin (whose restaurant, White Rabbit, ranks No.23 on the World's 50 Best list).

Crab Market aims to fill a long-held in Dubai's dining scene by offering fresh seafood, with a focus on different kinds of crab, naturally - including Kamchatka Crab, imported from Russia - at an affordable price point. 

With its contemporary design with nautical accents, the restaurant is home to an ice bar and seafood tanks housing live crabs - which also features a special claw crane - from where you can choose what you want, knowing it is as fresh as it can get, and have it cooked according to preference, alongside a selection of sauces. "This is a really exciting concept, and something that has not yet been seen in Dubai. Developing a diverse seafood menu and focusing on crab has been a real project of passion," said Mukhin on the restaurant.
