A Mexican taqueria, serving tacos with tortillas made from scratch in house every day, from the team behind Borough's El Pastor.
The design is utilitarian and pared back, but with atmospheric festoon lighting, characteristic of the their nearby El Pastor restaurant. Expect a short menu of freshly-made, warm tortillas, made from scratch every day (available for eat in or take away) - using Mexican heirloom corn - along with freshly made salsas. The taco bar also serves Mexican beers, agua frescas and El Pastor’s first batch of its own mezcal. The tortilleria is open Thursday dinner, Friday and Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch times.
Signature Dishes
Al Pastor - made with 24 hour marinated pork shoulder, caramelized pineapple and guacamole taquero and the Mushroom taco with caramelised onion and melted Oaxaca cheese and the mezcal, burnt honey and grapefruit cake.
