Led by new management - Italian natives Andrea Scanu who is the new Restaurant Manager, and Head Chef Francesco Cavazzina, formerly of Bulgari hotel in Milan and various Dubai restaurants including The Artisan By Entoeca Pinchiorri - the restaurant may date back to 1998, but it's definitely not showing its age! The refurbishment makes the decor more chic and understated, with its piazza-style terrace absolutely intact, while the vibe is decidedly more relaxed.
The menu has been updated too, to feature authentic dishes - including all the classic favourites, and a range of pizza and pasta - which chef Francesco has conceived, combining inspiration from his mother and grandmother's kitchens, with his experience in Michelin-starred restaurants.
