By celebrating plant based food, Elanor Mills has made vegatables cool. With books, an app, her own products and over 1 milion followers on Instagram, in addition to two cafés, Deliciously Ella is leading the vegan wave. Her two successful delis in Marylebone have proven very popualr, so much so that she is now combining the two to focus on one big delicious vegan restaurant. Located on Weighthouse Street, the new deli features many of the same dishes as the MaE Delis such as porridge bowls, fresh smoothies, sweetcorn fritters with smashed avocado and baked beans, plant based salads, rye sandwhices, cakes, and her famous energy balls.
